DEADLINE FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:

TYPES OF PRESENTATIONS:

POSTER – ORAL

We request that the legends of figures and tables are self-explanatory presentations in Spanish and English. Maximum 2 presentations per registration

POSTERS: The size of the posters should be 0.90 m wide x 1.10 m long. It is recommended that the font size of the title is not less than 20 mm (size 72 on the word processor). The font size of the text should allow reading from a distance of 1.2 m. It is also desirable that the legends of figures and tables are self-explanatory in Spanish and English.

ORAL:  12 minutes for talk – 3 minutes for questions

Abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee.

General guidelines for abstract submission:
The abstract should be in Spanish and follow the Microsoft Word template and should be sent in doc format only. The file name should be the surname of the presenting author followed by an underscore and the DNI or passport (example: Cavani_12345678.doc). If two abstracts are submitted, they should be indicated by A and B (example: Cavani_12345678_A.doc; Cavani_12345678_B.doc).

Abstracts should be sent only to the organization, indicating whether the abstract will be oral or poster at the bottom of the abstract

The title will be in Times New Roman bold, size 12 pt and with centered alignment. The authors will be in Times New Roman, size 11 pt, with left alignment and separated by semicolons (e.g.: Edinson R. Cavani; Miguel A. Merentiel; ….). Each author should have his/her affiliation indicated by a superscript number on the right. The author who will present the paper should be underlined. The affiliations should be in Times New Roman, size 9 pt and with left alignment. Each affiliation number should be at the beginning, in superscript. Email of the author who will present the work. It should be in Times New Roman, size 11 pt and with left alignment. The abstract will be in Times New Roman, size 11 pt and with justified alignment. The abstract should include the objectives, a brief description of the materials and methods, results and conclusion. It should not exceed 250 words.
